Strategic Sheep Purposes

Have I ever talked about Google Apps?

I have messed around with them for a while but only just decided that I would like to have a good reason to use them a lot more. At school I’ve just been told that we have chosen a new platform for our blah blah blah blah…

Sorry - I just realised this was going to be a very dull post. I’ll attempt to save it by suggesting you try Bass Fishing Pro. I had to cover a Fishing after school club tonight as the fisherman didn’t turn up. Seeing as I didn’t have any fishing rods, water or indeed fish I thought it would be foolish to actually take the children fishing.  So the little ones made fish using scraps of paper and the older ones played on the above game. Try it. It will make this post seem FAR more interesting that it really was.

Sorry.

Its really hard to start with! Better than real fishing though. You don’t get wet and cold and its much faster. I love the magical land!!

I’ve just remembered where you got “strategic sheep purposes” from. Eddie makes me laugh.

Would you like me to still post you a cheque or would you prefer cash in hand at the reunion???

  4. Pete says:

CAROLYN (I like seeing my name in caps, it makes me look important-or like I am been told off, one or the other…)

The reunion will be fine if thats ok with you.

  5. Gloria says:

Yay, the reunion. Who else is coming?
I’d just like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Andy and I get a bed while you all have to sleep in the church hall.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

    Yay, the reunion. I’m coming
I’d like to take this opportunity to ask if anyone has a spare bed (and most of all - a shower)

    heehee

  7. Susie says:

I can’t go. But I’m listening to Happy Day to make it a bit like I’m there.

  8. Mat says:

I’m not going either. But I’m watching Happy Days to make up for it.

  9. Kate says:

Sian do you get a bed just cos you’re knocked up?
There seem to be lots of perks to it - maybe I should try it…

  10. Pete says:

Well thats just sexist. If I had a parasite growing in me (again, nothing personal against you Amazon, but technically you are a parasite) then that wouldnt get me a bed. I might have to try to pick up a Yeast skin infection on the wards

Cash in hand is fine - I have no faith in our postal system. I received a piece of post yesterday to my mum’s house. It was labelled confidential and came with one of those ‘your post has been damaged’ labels on it - AKA ’someone at the post office has opened up your mail and taken out you private and cofidential letter’. It didn’t even have a return address on it so I have no idea what it was.

Kate - yep, basically being up the duff means you don’t have to sleep on the floor. My doctor friend told me about a recent piece of research which suggests that working full-time while pregnant is actually more than should be expected due to the extra energy being expended in order to grow a new person. I see a future where pregnant women get to work part-time or not at all for the duration of their pregnancy, in addition to the post-natal maternity leave….

  13. Gloria says:

Oh, and Pete, I’m sure if you had a parasite which made you feel sick 90% of the time, made all your muscles and joints ache, left you feeling physically exhausted by 8:00 at night AND was going to one day be a productive human being, then I’m sure you would also qualify for a bed for the Whitby reunion.

  14. Pete says:

Yes fair point! You do know I was only joking don’t you??? Sorry if not.

The blog has been very quiet recently…

  15. Gloria says:

Yes, don’t worry, I know you were just joking. I just like to milk the pregnancy thing!

The blog has been quiet, hasn’t it?

Maybe you should post something to inspire us all to chat again. Now you have loads of time because you’re being a proper student instead of just pretending.
